Positive experience: Good results from the treatment but the gel missed the lower part of my bottom teeth, consequently I have a two-tone effect. And I have very sore gums.
Hi Gerard, thanks for the feedback. The gel did not miss your bottom teeth. What you will find is the teeth are still stained albeit a significant improvement. You do require more treatment still to remove the stains further. This can be rectified with another one or even maybe two more treatments.

Negative experience: Very very disappointed. Paid $399 not a good result. Encouraged to buy teeth whitening gel from lovely smiles $100. Which I did. $499 so far...this was a birthday gift. Then come back and......pay another $399 to have second course ZERO offer of discount for money paid in very good faith. Very upset and feel like it's disingenuous up I HAVE CONTACTED YOU TO ACCEPT YOUR OFFER This is so strange I would love to talk you up on your offer to reconcile this With the treatment
Oh no Carolyn that’s not good at all. Why have you not shared with us you are not happy. As I am reading this, I am also looking at the notes on your file, and it says:

4 to 5 Shades lighter but still has stains.
It seems Carolyn has extensive staining and I have advised that she will need another treatment given her starting shades are high. She has ended up halfway on the shade guide, which is good given the heavily stained teeth, but lots of room for improvement. A pen has been suggested to help enhance the results."

Negative experience: I was quite disappointed with the results of this treatment. After the 40 minutes, my teeth were only one shade lighter, barely noticeable. The staff member did not care as she was mostly interested in up-selling me on more treatment time, some charcoal whitening box, a whitening pen. I will be buying Crest White Strips next time I want whitening, as they gave much better results and were one fourth of the price.

However I must say if you only shifted 1 shade that is not an issue with the system or product but that is how your teeth responded to it. It can happen and some people may need more treatment to get similar results than others. That is why you were told about ways to better your results outside of more chair time.
