Fantastic experience: Rick is an amazing surgeon. 20 years ago plus he told me if I wanted to keep my own teeth I needed to remove my back teeth which after years of being cracked & filled at Mt Roskill Intermediates Free Training Clinic were needing extraction. I chose implant teeth as these will last me a lifetime provided I follow strict cleaning & regular checks with Ricks Hygenist the lovely Jack. If you need specialist advice & lasting dental replacement treatment call Noble dental to get the best treatment there possibly is. Yes it’s costly, but investing in retaining your natural teeth & smile by replacing a few terminal teeth is an investment well worth giving yourself. Call Rick or visit Jack for a full consultation. I fully recommend them. I am terrified of dentists but so pleased I chose this treatment. Implants are so lasting & natural & you care for them as you would your other teeth. Later on, I got surgical extraction and second implant, gum surgical restoration. All this successful work was done by the amazing especialist Dr Richard who made my experience exceed my expectations. Fantastic experience: It's taken me a while to review but I was reflecting on just how chuffed I've been with my teeth for the past couple of years since Richard did my implant. I've had no issues at all and best of all, my smile is better than its ever been since I had the accident that eventually led to the need for an implant 35 years ago. Richard and his team have been excellent, friendly and put me at complete ease throughout the process.

Positive experience: Self referred to Noble for an initial consult after my previous dentist closed. While professional and friendly during the appointment, they verbally suggested 5-6 teeth will likely need to be extracted which appeared counter to the impression I got from reading their website in respect of being able to save teeth (and which also suprised my now current dentist). A couple of other reviews were later found posted by a "PR for local dentists" without this being disclosed. (Since removed) While I have since settled into using another dentist, I wish to stress that this review is for the initial consult only and not intended to throw shade on Noble nor their expertise. (Originally had a longer form review here, though noticed it disappeared. Reposting this review in more succinct form after reaching out to Google for an explanation)

Fantastic experience: Excellent through and through. Amazing staff who are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Dr Richard Longbottom made the entire process pleasant, explaining the options and their high tech equipment. Extremely professional and did an amazing job with my dental implant.

Fantastic experience: I had my two implants and bone grafts performed by Dr Longbottom fives years ago and they function excellently. I always feel amazed with this highly professional clinic, their caring staff and wonderful services. I have just had another three implants completed by Richard recently. It is a real challenging job as need to fit the three implants side by side, but Richard's superb skills and their advanced German 3D Digital Implant Scan make the whole procedure so smooth and achieve the best result. I feel real blessed to have my treatment performed by the safest hand and thanks Richard for your care. I like this clinic and highly recommend this practice to others.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend highly enough Kim Penney, Senior Hygienist at Noble Dental. I have had a lot of periodontal care over the years but I have never come across a hygienist who is as thorough as she is gentle. You would think the two are prerequisites for an oral hygienist but it is not always the case. Kim was even thorough enough to detect some decay under a crown which hadn't yet been spotted by my dentist. She is also pleasant, friendly and genuinely interested in her clients. She is a very valuable asset to Noble Dental.

Fantastic experience: I went to Noble dental Remuera today and Kim did a superb job! It was the best dental cleaning experience I ever had and I will definitely come back. I also had a consultation with Dr. Richard which is very informative. I highly recommend this practice! Update - I went back for a tooth extraction with sedation and it was absolutely amazing. I am very impressed with how painless and smooth my surgery was! I was nervous at first due to my traumatic experiences with extraction from other dental practices and I also knew that my case is complicated, but Nurse Maya helped me throughout the process with so much empathy. Dr. Richard effortlessly inserted the line on my arm to start the sedation! I was also at ease to know that Dr. Garth and nurse Eve were there to make sure the sedation also runs smoothly. Noble Dental team are obviously the dental experts! I cannot wait to get back there for my dental implants!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed!! I have known the team at Noble Dental for a while now, but have never been there for a hygienist clean. A few weeks ago, i was thinking its time to get my teeth cleaned, as i had missed my last appointment due to lockdown. Normally i would go to my local dental practice and get the hygienist to clean my teeth, but this time, I thought i would book an appointment with Kim at Noble Dental, to see what a hygienist clean at a periodontist practice would be like. Wow it was a game changer, the attention to detail, and care was outstanding. Kim made me feel at ease, didn't rush and spent the time to explain what was going on inside my mouth. For me, the difference was huge, and to be honest has changed my mind on where i want to go each year to have my teeth clean. Thanks Kim and Noble Dental, I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: As a doctor I was keen to find a specialist who is experienced in dental implant surgery. Dr Longbottom and his team obviously have the specialised training and expertise in this field as well as the appropriate equipment and facilities and it is their bread and butter. Fantastic experience: I would strongly recommend this dentist. I am not the greatest of patients. I am nervous and I do not like noise of the machines. But this dentist is fantastic and I would recommend the IV sedation - I had it and the treatment went so well. All the staff care and recogonise vulnerable patients and treat them with the highest respect and compassion. If you are scared of going the dentist then go to this one, they will look after you.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Richard for a second opinion about how to fix my teeth. As he is a specialist, he is seeing patients of many other dentists around the city. He knows exactly how each one of the Auckland dentist are working. He gave me the best advise I could ever imagine, saving my mouth from a big disaster and saving me a lot of money. Fantastic experience: I have had dental implant work done by Richard before but having just got 2 implants done 2 weeks ago I felt compelled to give some worthwhile feedback. It goes without saying that Richard and the staff are very knowledgeable/experienced and friendly but I must say the actual business end of the work being the dental implant surgery is second to none. Every bit of this work including the stitching of the gums is faultless. The guy is the best. Yes it's costly and I choked on the extra for bone grafts but the old saying you get what you pay for is never more true. Service is beyond good and I have recommended a number of people to them. Fantastic experience: I have also never wrote a review on google before, but felt drawn to do so, because of the high quality of service that I received. Everyone went above and beyond to make my experience great. I saw Richard Longbottom for my initial assessment, which I was very nervous about. He was very kind, with a great sense of humour which put my mind at ease straight away. For my following appointments I saw Jack who was also very kind, and humorous. Jack is highly knowledgeable and talented. He explains everything clearly, including aftercare plans, and always has the pain relief there if you need it. To top it all off the ladies at reception are also amazing with friendly smiles and communication.I have seen amazing results in such a short time due to this fabulous team, who genuinely care. So glad I found them!

Fantastic experience: I first met the A Team at Noble in November 2019 when my dentist suggested that I should go and see a gum specialist. So, I went and met the lovely Jack and he started to treat my gums. I have not looked back since. In fact it was one of the best things I ever did, as he discussed the problem with me and I started treatment right away. I returned for a follow up last Thursday, 4th June, and the treatment is working and my gums have never looked or felt as good as it does now. If you have a gum issue, and are scared of getting it checked out, don't be. Go to Noble and see what needs to be done and start the treatment. It works, and it has helped me to learn more about gum health and also how to brush my teeth and gums properly. Don't let fear stop you from starting to feel better and know more about looking after your gums. The Team at Noble are just wonderful. When you first arrive, you meet the lovelies at the front desk. Carly and Kelsey are there to greet and welcome you and put you at total ease. I cannot praise them enough for how they made me feel on my first visit and would like to pass on my sincere thanks to the lovely ladies. As for Jack, well, he is my Gum Superstar, and I would like to pass on my thanks for all that he has done for me, and all that he continues to do for me. Fantastic experience: Never done a google review before!! .. But I've recently visited Noble Dental and was seen by Jack Seo for my Periodontal treatment. After seeking advise from other practitioners, I have never come across a practice as good as this one! My gums were not in a good way prior to seeing Jack.. But since my clean, I no longer am experiencing problems with gum disease and feel so much happier and healthier! Jack was so thorough, caring and answered all my questions. Fantastic experience: Had an implant, in preparation for a new crown. I had a split tooth that my dentist recommended to have out by DR Richard Longbottom. I was lucky Richard was able to take this out and inserted the implant at the same time. I had the sedation, this took approx 1 1/2 hours. After the operation, for the next few days I did the perscribed post op. care. I had no pain or other irregularities at all. I would thoroughly recommend DR Longbottom for any dental work. Fantastic experience: I went to see Richard Longbottom, after initially being refereed to another Periodontist. I wanted a second opinion as I left not feeling comfortable with my initial prognosis and treatment plan going forward for Periodontitis. Richard was super friendly, gave me a very thorough explanation, but most importantly has made me feel more comfortable and at ease about my treatment plan going forward. He has a great friendly team and I would recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I desperately needed specialist deep cleaning when I first came to Top Gums. Wendy (hygienist) treated my dental issues with expertise and professionalism. Furthermore, she took care to explain and continually explore with me ways to maintain/improve my dental health post visits. The combination of onsite treatments and following her advice resulted in healthier gums after years of bleeding. Infection onsets came to a halt. I even noticed I am not as prone to full blown winter viral colds. My treatments at Topgums have not only improved my dental health but empowered me to care for my overall well-being. Fantastic experience: For some years I had been in denial about having gum disease. The staff at Richard Longbottom's were very supportive and after the deep cleaning I have significant improvement. Fantastic experience: A cold sweat does little to wash away my fears before a dental appointment. Having experienced the good old days of primary school dentists I find the idea fearful. After three months of bacterial pain I gave up, relented and accepted my fate. The clinic just surpasses your expectations. From the moment Laurie invited me through I felt at ease, I relaxed and she just made me feel like I was there, at the right time, in the right place. It is an experience that has changed my point of view and that I will remember fondly. People are awesome.

Fantastic experience: I had gum lifting done and I am very happy with the result. I used to constrict my smile because it showed so much gum and my teeth were short. The gum lifting made a huge improvement. For the first time in my life, I smile and laugh without worrying. My teeth look so bright because my teeth are longer and in proportion. The length of the surgery was short and the recovery was only uncomfortable for two days after the surgery. Fantastic experience: Well I can't say that I love going to the dentist (who does?!) but I can say that I really love having Laurie as my hygienist. She always makes the experience as comfortable and painless as possible. On the couple of occasions I've had someone other than Laurie I was a bit nervous at first but they were also great. I also appreciate receiving a reminder text a week before my appointment. I find everybody I come in contact with very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I found the dentist who analysed my tooth problem to be inspiringly professional, totally caring, empathetic and understanding. He could not have done more to help me and I honestly feel I have never experienced better treatment (after 60 odd years of going to dentists both in NZ and o'seas.) he explained everything meticulously and was wise, looking at all sides of my problems, and also very humble and generous in giving me all the information to make informed decisions. The reception team are also very warm, friendly and totally supportive.

Lovely modern premises too and comfortable treatment recliner. I had treatment 10 years ago from Richard and Wendy and would not go for periodontal treatment anywhere else.
